Participants share thoughts, experiences, and questions in a safe, non-judgmental space, helping to break the taboo and encourage meaningful dialogue. Walk-ins are welcome, space permitting. The Office Volunteer Meeting is an opportunity for office volunteers to come together to review office procedures, expectations, and best practices that support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Village. The meeting will provide updates on workflows, communication protocols, and any system changes, as well as time to address questions and share feedback.

This gathering also serves as a chance to recognize and appreciate the important role office volunteers play in supporting members, volunteers, and staff. By aligning on processes and reinforcing teamwork, the meeting helps ensure consistency, efficiency, and a positive experience for everyone involved.
