Biography
Donald is the Vice Chair of South Coastal Village Volunteers (SCVV). SCVV is a branch of Village Volunteers that operates in Southern Delaware. Donald and his wife, Kathy, retired to Ocean View in 2022. They both became SCVV volunteers shortly after.
Before retiring, Donald was in senior management for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. Prior to their nearly 40 years in Pennsylvania, Donald and Kathy grew up in the suburbs of Washington, D.C.
