Biography

Ellen is the Founder of Ascend Investment Management, an independent registered investment advisory company. It was recently sold to Grey Fox Wealth Advisors and Ellen currently does consulting work for them. Ellen lived and worked in the Philadelphia area for most of her life. She moved to Lewes in 2015. Prior to founding her business, Ellen was a stockbroker for E.F. Hutton, and she managed high net worth customer assets for Bank of America, Mellon, and Davidson Capital Management. Ellen earned a BA in History from Brown University and an MBA in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University. She was a past volunteer on the Finance Committee and the board of the Lewes Public Library.
